Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return an Item
You can return all stock items. Bespoke products cannot be returned. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Please email info@turboperformanceltd.com to request a refund and we will assign you a Return Authorisation Number.

BH24 1PZ - Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
All items can be returned unless that have been fitted. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the items are correct and undamaged before fitting. Any incorrect or damaged goods must be reported.
Exchanges
Items can be exchanged subject to the goods being returned in unused, perfect condition, all returns must be in the original manufacturer’s unopened packaging, originally purchased from Turbo Performance Ltd and accompanied by the original invoice number of the purchase. Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
